Soil: poor loess soil with a high proportion of limestone and gravel
Vines: up to 32 years old, medium-high training, 4000 vines/hectare
Harvest: Selected manual harvest at the end of October 2017
Yield: 40 hl/ha
Vinification: up to 12 hours of maceration, gentle processing, spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks and subsequent maturation on the lees for 16 months.
Maturation: 2/3 in steel tanks and 1/3 in large acacia wood barrels
Bottle filling: May 2019
Alcohol: 13.0 % vol.
