Soil: up to 15 million years old, fine-grained marine deposits. Covered by loess with weathered limestone in the topsoil
Vines: 24 years, medium-high training, 4000 vines/hectare;
Vinification: short maceration, gentle processing, chilled fermentation at 18-20° C in steel tanks
