A blend of 75% Grüner Veltliner and 25% Welschriesling. Dignified, beautifully dry, fruity, incredibly drinkable. Herbs, citrus, some pepper, a hint of currants, apple & pear notes, fine perlage. Characterized by serious freshness and dark spice.

Vines: up to 49 years old, medium-high training, 4000 vines/hectare
Harvest: Selected manual harvest in September 2022

Vinification: whole-cluster pressing, gentle processing, fermentation and subsequent maturation for 10 months in steel tanks
Sparkling process: August 2023, Méthode Traditionelle – traditional form of bottle fermentation, racked by hand
